Abstract

ABSTRAK Ahmad Arrijal /1600861201396/Fakultas Ekonomi Program Studi Manjemen Universitas Batanghari Jambi /Pengaruh Kwalitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Jasa Pada PT.MM Cabang Jambi/ Pembimbing I Alhudori,SE.MM ,/Pembimbing II. Denny Asmas,SE,MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa yang dilakukan oleh PT.MM Cabang Jambi Serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Penelitian ini merupakajn penelitian kuantitatif dan analisis kualitas pelayan metode pengumpulan data yaiti; observasi,kuesioner,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Perusahaan ini merupakan salah satu perusahaan bergerak di bidang kualitas layanan dan keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan rata-rata 387.dan keputusan pembeli onsumen dengan rata-rata 381 .dan dilihat dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi antara kualitas layananan Xterhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen y pada PT,Mex Jambi Jaya cabang jambi adalah 0,817 artinya terdapat hubungan erat antara variabel X dan Y. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear berganda citra merek (X1) sebesar 0,166 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% nilai XI akan meningkat.dan berdasarkan regresi sederhana kualitas layanan X sebesar 0,683 artinya jika kualitas mengalamin kenaikan sebesar1% maka keputusan pembelian jasa barang pada PT.mex jaya akan mengalamin kenaikan 68,3 %. Dari hasil pengujian korelasi maka diperoleh nilai (determinasi)=R sebesar0,817 angka ini menyatakan kualitas layanan x ,mampu menjelaskan variabel Y atau keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap jasa pengiriman barang pada PT. Mex jaya Jambi sebesar 81,7 % sedangkan sisanya 18,3 % disebabkan vaktor lain diluar variabel yang di teliti seperti promosi. v ABSTRAK Ahmad Arrijal /1600861201396/Faculty of Economics Management Study Program, University of Batanghari Jambi /The Influence of Service Quality on Service Purchase Decisions at PT.MM Jambi Branch/ Supervisor I Alhudori, SE.MM ,/Advisor II. This study aims to determine how the quality of service on service purchasing decisions made by PT.MM Jambi Branch As well as to determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative research and analysis of service quality data collection methods, namely; observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. This company is one of the companies engaged in service quality and consumer purchasing decisions with an average of 387.and consumer buyer decisions with an average of 381. Jambi Jaya Jambi branch is 0.817 which means that there is a close relationship between X and Y variables. Based on the results of multiple linear regression of brand image (X1) of 0.166, it states that for every 1% addition the value of XI will increase. experienced an increase of 68.3%. From the results of the correlation test, it is obtained that the value (determination) = R of 0.817, this figure states the quality of service x, able to explain the Y variable or consumer purchasing decisions on goods delivery services at PT. Mex Jaya Jambi amounted to 81.7% while the remaining 18.3% was due to other factors outside the variables studied, such as promotion.
