Abstract

ABSTRACT M. Noer Saputra / 1800861201119 / Faculty Of Economics, Batanghari Jambi University / The Influence of Consumer Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty of PT. Mega Central Finance (MCF) Jambi Branch / Advisor 1 Dr. Sudirman, SE, MEI. / Advisor 2 Sakinah AS, SE, MM. PT. Mega Central Finance (MCF) Jambi Branch, as a non-bank financing institution (Finance Company) needs to develop this business broadly and seriously, and take advantage of potential areas by placing outlets which will be coordinated by a Marketing Head (MH). PT. Mega Central Finance (MCF) Jambi Branch has competitors, namely, Adira, FIF, OTO, SMS, Credit plus, and other savings and loan companies. Although this company has many competitors, PT. Mega Central Finance (MCF) Jambi Branch has its own advantages and disadvantages that can be used as a benchmark or a reflection of the company. The reseacrh methology used is, the research uses a design using descrptive quantitative methodes. The population in this study is the As for the population of this study is the number of consumer loyalty at PT. Mega Central Finance (MCF) Jambi Branch in 2021 the total number of consumers is 220 people. For the average overall score of the Consumer Satisfaction variable, which is 376.13 which is included in the category of "Satisfied" criteria. Meanwhile, the overall average score of the Consumer Loyalty variable is 396.75 which is included in the "Loyal" criteria category. The results of the analysis The correlation coefficient between consumer satisfaction (X) on consumer loyalty (Y) is 0.796, meaning that there is a strong relationship between the variables of consumer satisfaction (X) and consumer loyalty (Y). Which means that the variable of consumer satisfaction in influencing consumer loyalty is 63.4% while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other variables not examined such as service quality, trustworthiness, convenience and experience with the company. Based on the results of the study, the number tcount 13,079> 1,984 ttable, Ho is rejected and H i is accepted. Thus there is a significant influence between consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty at PT. Mega Central Finance. Keyword: Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty
