Abstract

ABSTRACT Mella sary / 1800861201125 / 2022 /The Influence Of The Physical Workn Environment On Employee Performance Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Batanghari / Dr. Said Almaududi, SE,MM as 1 Advisor and Ubaidillah, SE,M.M as 2 nd Advisor. The method of data collection in this study uses interview research, literature and field research by collecting data from a list of statements. And information derived from internet books for articles. Batanghari district distater management agency was formed and established on August 25, 2011 based on the Batanghari district regulation number 13 of 2011. Based on the resuts of the study obtained linear regression value that is Y = 0.765 + 0.643 X, with a value of R and a R 2 value of 0.438 in the test t work environment affects employee performance in the office of the regional disaster management agency with a value of 7.609 and a significant value of 0.000.
