Abstract

ABSTRACT NOVA RIYANTI FEBRIYANA BR TARIGAN/1800861201206/EFFECT OF FUNDAMENTAL FACTORS ON ST0CK PRICES ON RETURN ON ASSETS AS INTERVENING VARIABLES IN LQ45 INDEKS COMPANIES 2016-2020/1 st ADVISOR Dr Yunan Surono SE., MM/2 ADVISOR Masnun SE., M.,S,AK. This research aims to determine the influence of Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), and Debt To Assets Ratio (DAR), to Return On Assets (ROA), the influence of Working Capital To Total Assets (WCTA), Debt To Assets Ratio (DAR), and Return On Assets (ROA), against share prices, the influence of Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), and Debt To Assets Ratio (DAR) to stock priceswith Return On Assets (ROA) as a intervening Variabel. The type of data used in this study are quantitative secondery data on the annual. financial statements and closing price. The Data in this study can be obtained from the company‟s financial report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which is included in the LQ index Group 45 period 2016-2021 This research sample is a company that entered in the LQ 45 index in the 20162021 period using the purposive sampling method. From 17 coal mining companies. This research uses analysis tools. The result of this study showed that: WCTA significant effect on ROA, DAR significant on ROA. WCTA no significan effect on stock price, DAR no significan effect stock price. ROA significantly affect the stock price. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that WCTA on ROA has a direct effect of 6.1504%, and an indirect 2.7047376% with atotal effect of 8.855137%. direct effect of DAR on ROA 4.7961% and indirect 2.704736% with a total effect of 7.500837%. direct effect of WCTA on stock prices 2.9241% and indirect – 1.5498756% with a total effect of 1,7625244%. ROA has a significant effect on stock price, namely 6.2001. WCTA,DAR thourght ROA on STOCK prices has an effect of 7.64633%.
