Abstract
ABSTRACT Nur Ema / 1800861201102 Faculty of Economics 2022 / Influence of Training and Supervision on Employee Performance at Merlung Health Center Tanjung Jabung Batar / Advisor 1 (Dr. Sudirman SE, M.E.I) Advisor 2 (Drs. Rasdi, MM). The purpose of this study was to study how the effect of training and supervision on the performance of Merlung Public Health Center employees, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency and also to find out whether training and supervision had an effect on job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The analytical tool used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis to measure the level of training and supervision of employee performance. To see the direction of the relationship between leadership style variables and work climate on job satisfaction using multiple regression. Using a statistical test to see how much influence training and supervision have on the performance of Merlung Health Center employees, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, using correlation and determinative coefficient analysis. Multiple linear regression using this study with the aim of entering the data studied into a regression equation model and proving the hypothesis regarding the alleged influence (training and supervision) as a means of independent variables on employee performance (as the dependent variable) simultaneously (together). ) or partially (own) by using software called the SPSS program. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the coefficients for the independent variables X1 = 0.256 and X2 = 0.544. Thus the regression equation model is written. The constant (a) is 0.703, thus the regression equation model that can be written from these results is in the form of multiple regression equations as follows Y = 0.703 + 0.256X1 + 0.544X2. Based on the results of the partial calculation, training has a significant effect on employee performance because the value of tcount > table (2.428 > 2.0129), then H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted. While supervision has a significant effect on employee performance because the value of tcount < ttable (4.768 < 2.0129) then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Based on the results of simultaneous calculations obtained Ftable of 3.20. Fcount is greater than Ftable (16,864 > 3,20), meaning that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted, which means that training and supervision together affect the performance of the Merlung Health Center, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency
