Abstract

ABSTRACT Puja Silva Liandari / 1800861201239 / Faculty Of Economy / Financial Management / 2022 / Effect of the Net Working Capital, Net Cash Flow, Firm Size and Total Asset Turnover to Price To Book Value in the Healthcare Sector Company Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2020 / 1 st’’ Advisor Mr. Dr. Ali Akbar, SE, MM, CRP / 2 Advisor Mrs. Masnun, SE, M.S. Ak The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Net Working Capital (NWC), Net Cash Flow (NCF), Firm Size (FS), and Total Asset Turnover on Price To Book Value (PBV) at the Healtcare sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The method used in this research is the Quantitative Method, the sample taken using the Purposive Sampling Method, from the predetermined criteria the sample used is 5 companies from 7 companies and used secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, that is Healtcare sub sector period 2016-2020. The statisical tests used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumptions which consist of 4 test (Normality, Multicollinearity, Heterocedasticity, Autocorrelation), Determination Coefisient (R ), Hypothesis Test (F Test and t Test) using SPSS v.20 program. Simultaneous testing shows that Net Working Capital (NWC), Net Cash Flow (NCF), Firm Size (FS) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have a significant effect on the Price To Book Value (PBV) with a score F value of 2.884 greater than F tabel 2.87 (2.884 > 2.87) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. And partial testing shows that Net Working Capital (NWC) with the score t value greater than t tabel that is 1,043<2,08596 with significant level 0,309>0,05. While the Net Cash Flow has a negative and insignificant effect on Price To Book Value with the score t value greater t tabel that is -0,294>2,08596 with significant level 0,772 >0,05. Firm Size has a significant effect on Price To Book Value with a score t value greater t table that is 3.108 >0,05 with significant level 0,006 < 0,05. And Total Asset Turnover has a significant effect on Price To Book Value with a score t value graeter t table that is 0,380 < 2,08596 with a significant level of 0,708<0,05. And the coefficient of determination of 23,9%.
