Abstract
ABSTRACT Muhammad Rifa’i / 1800861201268 / Falculty Of Ekonomies / Humam Resource Management / The Effect Of Incentives On Employee Motivation at The Inspectorate Service of Jambi Province / Hj. Reni Devita SE, MM. As 1 Advisor / Azizah SE, MM. As 2 nd Advisor. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of incentives on employee work motivation at the Inspectorate Office of the Province ofJambi. The Inspectorate Office of the Province of Jambi is one of the elements to supervise executors of government affairs in the Provincial area, implementers of guidance for the administration of district and city governments to implement government affairs. The indicators of cooperation, identity, competence, involvement system and various forms of benefits, while the indicators of work motivation are engagement, commitment, satisfaction, and turn over. Analytical tool with linear regression. The results of SPSS 20 obtained the equation Y = 1.466 + 0.433 X. From this equation it can be said that the incentive variable can be used as a tool to predict employee motivation at the Jambi Provincial Inspectorate. The effect of incentives on employee motivation at the Jambi Province Inspectorate is 0.433%. The relationship between the incentive variable and the work motivation of the Jambi Provincial Inspectorate's employees is 26.70% seen from the value of r. The strength of the relationship has an impact on the strength of the influence between the two variables which can be seen from the correlation coefficient of 0.517. This model is able to explain 26.70% of the work motivation variable with the incentive variable. While 73.30% is explained by other variables. The incentives Jambi Province Inspectorateare high with an average score of 334.6. However, employees' work motivation is also high with an average score of 339 answers. incentives on employee motivation at the Jambi Provincial Inspectorate as evidenced by the t value of 6.850 > t table value of 1.988 with a significant 0.00 < 0.05
