Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to analyze the decision of the Jember District Court Judge Number: 435/Pid.Sus/Pn.Jmr/2021 regarding the distribution of drugs without a permit and to find out the occurrence of criminal acts of drug trafficking by the perpetrators. The research used is Juridical Normative, Inductive. The source of data for this study was taken from secondary data for library research and this research was taken from the judge's decision. The analysis of cases of drug trafficking without permission is carried out using a qualitative approach, namely research procedures that are processed descriptively, stated by the relevant parties verbally and in writing as well as real behavior, which are researched and researched are intact research objects, as long as they are real research objects. , things and conclude deductively, namely the process of making logical conclusions based on information data or statements from relevant sources.
