Abstract
ABSTRACK ELMA SETIAWATI / 1800861201272 / 2022 BATANGHARI UNIVERSITY / INFLUENCE QUALITY OF SERVICE TO PATIENT SATISFACTION AT THE JAMBI DENTAL CARE (JDC) CLINIC IN JAMBI CITY / ACADEMIC COUNSELOR MR. GUPRON, S.Kom., M.Kom. /1ST ADVISOR MR. M.ALHUDHORI, SE, MM / 2ND ADVISOR MRS. PUPU SOPINI, S.E., MM. Jambi Dental Care Clinic is a company engaged in dental care services. Jambi Dental Care Clinic in realizing the targets that have been set needs to be supported by good employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction simultaneously and partially. In this study, the authors used indicators of service quality and patient satisfaction. Data collection using qualitative methods. primary data used from interviews and questionnaires with a sample of 91 people. secondary data from essays and scientific works. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression using SPSS version 20.0. Jambi Dental Care Clinic has been established since 2018 by Drg. Aliet Seignoritha, Drg. Rodiyah Azhar, Sp.KG, Drg. Uji Permatasari, Sp.Bm, and Drg. Busroch Bayu, Sp.BM. Jambi Dental Care Clinic is located on Jalan Soemantri Brojonegoro NO.57 Rt.11 Kebun Jeruk, Sipin, Jambi City. Jambi Dental Care Clinic uses sophisticated and modern ang equipment so that it can provide patient satisfaction with the existence of these equipment making the treatment not take a long time. The results showed that the data that had been tested in the regression equation were as follows: Y = 0.197 + 0.244X. It can be seen that the magnitude of the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction is 74,5%. The remaining 25,5% were influenced by other factors not studied. Based on the results of the study, the quality of service is an important factor that makes patients feel satisfaction with service. By continuing to increase patient satisfaction, it is necessary to pay attention to patient criticism and input in order to know the strategies that should be carried out to match patient expectations. The quality of service has a positive influence and greatly affects the satisfaction of patients at Jambi Dental Care Clinic. Keyword : Quality Of Service, Consumer Satisfaction.
