Abstract

The position of human resources in a company is the most important wealth because human resources have potential, talent, ability and creativity within them that can be used in achieving company goals. One of the factors that determine the level of success in work is compensation. Compensation policies, both in terms of size, structure, and timing of payments can encourage work enthusiasm and the desire of employees to achieve optimal work performance so as to help achieve company goals. This study uses data analysis tools in the form of multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests. by using sampling techniques or criteria. The classic assumption test includes the partial test (T test) and the coefficient of determination. The development of the total number of actual production at PT. Mahakarya Advertising Jaya Abadi Jambi increased. The average realization of the achievement of advertising targets / billboards at PT. Mahakarya Advertising Jaya Abadijambi in the last five years amounted to 95.82%. Employee productivity at PT. Mahakarya Advertising Jaya Abadi Jambi in the last five years has experienced an increase. In other words it can be said that employees at PT. Mahakarya Advertising Jaya Abadi Jambi continues to strive to improve its work Based on the results of the t (partial) test on the regression model, the results of the comparison between tcount and ttable show that tcount is (1.268) while ttable is 1.69913. From these results it can be seen that tcount < ttable, namely (1.268 <1.69913). it can be concluded that Ho is accepted Hi is rejected, meaning that partially the independent variable compensation has no effect on the dependent variable productivity. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the effect of compensation on productivity at PT. Mahakarya Advertising Jaya Abadi shows that the value of R Square is 0.053 that the magnitude of the contribution of the independent variable is Compensation for the dependent Productivity of 0.053 X 100 = 5.3%, which means that the compensation variable has no effect on the Productivity Variable.
