Abstract

ABSTRACT LAILA SURA / 2000861201238 / FACULTY ECONOMIC OF MANAGEMENT / EFFECT OF EARNINGS PER SHARE, DIVIDEND PERSHARE AND TOBIN'S - Q ON SHARE PRICES IN THE PROPERTY, REAL ESTATE AND BUILDING CONTRUCTION INDUSTRIES ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE PERIOD 2017-2021/ 1st ADVISOR R.ADISETIAWAN, SE, MM AND 2nd ADVISOR HANA TAMARA PUTRI, SE, MM This research aims to analyze fistly, How does earnings pershare, dividend pershare and tobin'Q affect the stock price effect of earnings pershare, dividend pershare and tobin'Q partially on share prices in the property, real estate and building contruction industries during 2017-2021 The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data. The population become object in this research is property, real estate and building contruction industries during 2017-2021. Amount sample the used is the 8 (eight) industry company and still stand up during period of perception and also publicized of year of 2017 - 2021 by Indonesian Stock Exchange. And the analysis multiple regression, hypotesis test so determinant coefficient F test and t test. The object of this research is property, real estate and building contruction industries during 2017-2021. Sample of object is PT Lippo Cikarang,Tbk (LPCK) , PT. Lippo Karawaci,Tbk (LPKR) , PT. Megapolitan Development,Tbk (EMDE), PT. Metropolitan Land,Tbk (MTLA), PT. Modern Land Realty,Tbk (MDLN, PT. Nusa Raya Cipta,Tbk (NRCA), PT. Summarecon Agung,Tbk (SMRA), PT. Waskita Karya (Persero),Tbk (WSKT) . Result line of regression is Y = -119,439 + 0,340 X1 + 2,961 X2 + 683,049 X3 + e, F test result, it is known that variabel earning pershare, deviden pershare and tobins’Q simultaneously effect on company value. Fcount bigger than Ftable (5.432 > 2.87) or comparing significant level of 0.05 then (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho is rejcted and Ha accepted . Based on the results of the t test only deviden pershare has significant effect on price earning ratio , 2.422 > 2,086 or tcount > ttable and prop sig less than 0.005 Conclusion is the variable independent simultaneously effect and partially only deviden pershare significant effect on stock price . Is recommended to the next researcher to examine the relationship of the ratio of financial to return shares in other manufacturing industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
