This research is entitled The Effect Of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin And Earnings Per Share On Dividend Payout Ratio In Sub Plantation Sector On The Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2021 The purposes of this study are (1) To find out and analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin And Earnings Per Share On Dividend Payout Ratio simultaneously In Sub Plantation Sector On The Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2021 (2) To find out and analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin And Earnings Per Share On Dividend Payout Ratio partially In Sub Plantation Sector On The Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2021 The data used in this study is the company's financial statements published on the Indonesian stock exchange website. The population in this study is the plantation sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that 3 companies were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The test used in this research is the simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (T test). This study uses the SPSS application so that it will get results that can be analyzed simultaneously and partially. simultaneously the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earnings Per Share have a significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, this is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 40%. This shows the percentage of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share of 40% of the dividend payout ratio. Partially Net Profit Margin has no significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio because tcount is -1.475 < ttable is 2.14479 and earnings per share has no significant effect on dividend payout ratio because tcount is 1.750 < ttable is 2.14479.
