Abstract
ABSTRACT (WIRA WATI / 1800861201309 / 2022 / THE EFFECT OF TRAINING AND COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. SATYA KISMA USAHA / SUPERVISOR I Dr. JONNER SIMARMATA, MM / SUPERVISOR II AZIZAH, SE.MM) Human resource management companies cannot be separated from the employee factor who is expected to inprove the stability of the company`s performance in the future. Discussing compensation cannot be separated from the suitability of employee income, there are several factors that can affect the compensation itself, namely wages and salaries, allowances, facilities provided by the company to employees. The research method used in this study is a descriptive and qualitative method, with a population and sample size of 35 employees. Based on the result of the study, it was found that there was a significant positive effect simultaneously between training and compensation on employee performance with F count > F table (985.097) and significant effect between training on compensation with t count > t table (14.065 > 2.01954) and a significant value (0.000 < 0.05) and there is no significant effect between compensation on employee performance with a significance value of 0.107 > 0.05.
