Abstract
ABSTRACT David Kurniawan / 1900861201219 / Faculty of Economics, University of Batanghari Jambi / Effect of Training and Development on the Employee Performance of Puskesmas Bukit Indah Muara Papalik / Advisor 1st Dr. Saiyid Syekh, M.E.I / Advisor 2nd Muhammad Emil, SE, MM. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of Training and Development on the Employee Performance of Puskesmas Bukit Indah Muara Papalik. Human resource management is an acknowledgment of the importance of human resources in a company, and its use in various functions and activities to achieve company goals.Given the importance of human resources in a company or agency, the workforce must be considered for potential in such a way, so that it can be utilized so that it can be efficient. To obtain data and information the methods used by researchers are surveys or questionnaires. Questionnaire is a way to collect data in which the researcher makes a questionnaire and uses it as the main data collection tool. Puskesmas is the Technical Implementation Unit of the Health Service which is responsible for health development in its working area. In 1992 the establishment of a health center in Bukit Indah Village. The Bukit Indah Health Center is located on Jalan Lintas Timur, Muara Papalik District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, which is about 160 KM from Kuala Tungkal and 115 KM from Jambi. Based on the results of the regression analysist it was concluded that the regression equation Y = 531,962 + 0,350X1 + 0,253 X2 + e, with R square 0,427. Simultaneosly has a significant positive influence between training and development on the perfomance of employees with a significant value 0,000. Overall, the type of training for improving employee work ethics at the Bukit Indah Health Center, Muara Papalik District, must be considered and improved again. So that training and development on employee performance can be even better in the future.
