Abstract

ZAHRA AULIA/1600861201094/Financial Management/Effect Of Financial Performance On The Company's Value In The Company Listed On The Index of LQ45 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018/R. Adisetiawan, SE, MM/Hana Tamara P, S.E., MM. The company's financial performance is an overview of the financial condition of a company. Analysis of the company's financial performance can be done by calculating the financial ratios based on information obtained from the company's financial statements. The ratio used to measure the company's financial performance can be grouped in five groups: liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio, and market ratio. The acquisition of data in research is done by library research. The Data used in this research is collected from the financial statements of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2014 to 2018 which are obtained from the website www.idx.co.id and each of the company's sites. Data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression equations. The population of this research is the entire company entered in the LQ 45 August 2014-July 2016, with the sample selected is the company as many as 9 companies. Based on the results of the discussion can be concluded that: 1. Variable CR, DR, TATTOO, NPM, and EPS significantly affect the share price simultaneously in the company listed in IDX 2014-2018. 2. The variables CR, TATTOOS, and NPM have no significant effect on the stock price as a partial in the limited company listed in IDX 2014-2018. However, the variables of DR and EPS have significant effect on the price of shares in a partial company listed in IDX 2014-2018.
