Abstract
ABSTRACT Risky Fajar Sanyoto / 1500861201098 / 2020 / Batanghari University / Faculty of Economics / Human Resource Management / Training Effect of Employee Performance at the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi / First Advisor Dr. H. Saiyid Syekh, M.S.i and The Second Advisor Drs. Rasdi, M.M. The tittle of research is “Training Effect of Employee Performance at the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi”. Will be investigated the influence of training on perfomance at the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi. Wich the purpose of study was determine : 1.) To find out and describe employee training and performance at the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi. 2.) To find out and analyze the effect of training employee performance at the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi. This study aims to determine an overview of the level of training and an overview of the level of employee performance at the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi, and to find out how much influence the level of training has on the level of employee performance at the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi. This study includes a descriptive study to test the hypothesis, sample this study where employee Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi of 32 people, with population census method as repondents in answering the statement. The technique of collecting data using statements. Data analysis technique used was SPSS with simple regresi analysis and t test. SPSS 20 result obtained equation Y = 10,254 + 0,707 X. From the equation it can be said that training variabels can be used as a tool to predict the performance of employees at Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi. Effect of training to performance employees at Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi at 0,707 %. The relationship between the variables of training on employee performances Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi look in the amount of 60,3 % seen from the value of r. Strong relationship have an impact on the strength of influence between the two variables that can be seen from figure correlation coefficients of 0,777. This model is able to explain 60,3 % variation of training by variable performance. While 39,7 % is explained by other variables.Training on the Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi already very high with an average score of 135,4. However, employees’ performance very high too with an average score of 135,3 answer. The influence of training on employee performance at Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Jambi evidenced from tcount 6,754 > ttable value 2,042, with a significant 0.00 < 0.05.The conclusion of this study is that overall the training on employee performance is very good, and based on hypothesis testing it is know that there is a positive relationship between training and employee performance. And the advice is : 1.) agencies should be evaluated by employees who have attended training so they can find out what employees have gained during the training and know what needs to be improved so that the training procedures are as expected. 2.) employees should be able to plan activities so that the available time can be used effectively and efficiently.
