Abstract

Abstract Normansyah Patra (140854201036) Relationship between Farmer Behavior in the Implementation of Integrated Pest Control (IPM) with Red Chili Production Results in Bagan Pete Village, Alam Barajo District. Supervised by Asmaida S.P., MSi and Rizki Gemala Busyra, S.P., MSi. This study was aimed to determine 1) Farmer Behavior in the Implementation of Integrated Pest Control (IPM) of red chili in Bagan Pete Village, Alam Barajo District, 2) Production Results of red chili farmers in Bagan Pete Village, Alam Barajo District, and 3) Relationship between Farmer Behavior in Application Integrated Pest Control with Production Results of red chili farmers in Bagan Pete Village, Alam Barajo District. The object of this research is red chili farmers who have implemented integrated pest control in Bagan Pete Village, Alam Barajo District. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The sampling method used a census technique and purposive selection of research areas. Data analysis using Spearman Rank test (rs). The results of this study indicate that the level of application of farmers in integrated pest control in Bagan Pete Village, Alam Barajo District is classified as Medium, namely 52.28 percent with the highest application items, namely 72.7 percent of botanical pesticides, 63.6 percent of pestrine and beauveria, PGPR of 63.6 percent. 52.3 percent, yellow binder traps by 50 percent, dense trichoderma by 45.4 percent, and 5
