Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the discipline and performance of employees at PT. AngkasaPura II Bagian Pelayanan Pertolongan Kecelakaan dan Pemadam Kebakaran (PKP-PK) Bandara Sultan Thaha Jambi and to know and analyze the influence of the discipline and performance of employees at PT. AngkasaPura II Bagian Pelayanan Pertolongan Kecelakaan dan Pemadam Kebakaran (PKP-PK) Bandara Sultan Thaha Jambi. This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free. PT. AngkasaPura II is a state-owned enterprise engaged in the management and air airport companies in Indonesia along with PT AngkasaPura II, which is based on service in the western part of Indonesia. The establishment of AngkasaPura II aims to run the management and administration in the field of airport transportation services by optimizing the potential of resources owned and implementing good corporate governance practices. The calculation SPSS Y = 0,730 + 0,726X + e of the equations looks positive influence between job discipline (X) on performance (Y) Kantor Wilayah BadanPertanahanNasional (BPN) Provinsi Jambi. From the result of the obtained values SPSS (coefficient) r 2 this figure amounted 0,785 states that the variable job discipline (X) is able to explain the variabel performence (Y) is 78,5% and the remaining 21,5% is explained by other factors which is not included in the research model. Partially the job dicsiplinehave an influence on performance at PT. AngkasaPura II BagianPelayananPertolonganKecelakaandanPemadamKebakaran (PKP-PK) Bandara Sultan Thaha Jambi. The suggestion that the author can give is as followthe party establishments should be able to change the culture of discipline inside and outside environments, ranging from superior to subordinate. When disipin in the instance has been running properly, it can increase work discipline employees. Improvements to employees, the agencies can provide a challenging task so that employees can develop their creativity in carrying out the work.
