Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of total assets, total debt, and working capital against net profit on sub sector of property and real estate on periode 2014-2018. This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are multiple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable-variable bound against free. The data analysis is done though several stages of data analysis, including is following: 1. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, 2. Classical Assumptions, 3. Normality Test, 4. Test Heteroskedasitas, 5. Test Autocorrelation, 6. Testing Statistical Hypotheses with the F test, t test, and test determinant coeffisient. Property and Real Estate industry is an industry that will continue to grow, market by the increasing number of buildings, offices, malls, hotels, housing from year to year. Some of the factors that influence it, among others, the populations countinues to grow each year as well as increased demand for homes increased number of procurement. The opening of these opportunities, would be an opportunity to invite the investors to invest in the industry. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free. Result SPSS get a multiple linear regression equation is Log Y = 141822,284 + 0,024 X vi 1 + 0,063 X 2 + 0,032 X + e. The corellation is 0,88, meaning that is a close relationship between the variable total asset (X1), total debt (X2) and working capital (X3) of net profit (Y) on sub sector of property and real estate on period 2014-2018. From the result of the obtained values SPSS (coefficient) R2 this figure amounted 77,4% states that the variable total assets, total debt, and working capital of the able to explain the variabel net profit by 77,4% and the reaining 22,6% is explained by other factors which is not included in the research model.
