Abstract

This research aims to know how the Effect Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over and Return on assets on Dividend Policy either partially or simultaneously. This research takes the object of the LQ-45 Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The research was conducted at the LQ-45 Company which consisted of AKR Corporindo Tbk, Astra International Tbk, Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk, Surya Citra Media Tbk, dan United Tractors Tbk. The research data showed that the data is used in this research has fulfilled the classical assumptions that consis: normally distributed data, no multicollinearity, no heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation does not occur. This research has showed that simultaneusly Curret Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, and Return on Asset has significant effect on Deviden Payout Ratio, Partially Total Asset Turn Over has significant effect on Deviden Payout Ratio while Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset not significant effect on Deviden Payout Ratio.
