Abstract
Financial performance is an analysis conducted to see the extent to which a company has implemented by using the rules of financial implementation properly and correctly. The method used in this research is the study of literature's, a study conducted by using literature and writer's that is closely related to the object of study, which is intended to obtain studid. Besides theory and information sourced from the internet. The object of this study is the Pharmaceutical Industry sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on the result of the regression analysis abowed that the regression equation Y = 5,817 - 0,271X 1 - 0,152X 2 - 0,522X + e, with R square 0.412. Working Capital, Inventory Turnover and Debt To Assets (simultaneous) have an effect on Return On Assets Partially there is a significant influence between Working Capital and Debt To Asset on Return On Assets in the Pharmaceutical Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) The 2014-2018 period while Inventory Turnover cannot influence partially on Return On Assets (ROA) in the Pharmaceutical Industry registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. Pharmaceutical companies that experience a decline must be corrected to produce good cash and gain full trust from investors. So management needs to maintain this ratio because it is associated with financial risk.
