Abstract

ABSTRACT MUHAMMAD ILHAM / 1700861201344 / FACULTY ECONOMIC OF MANAGEMENT / EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT POPULATION AND CIVIL OFFICE OF WEST TANJUNG JABUNG REGENCY / 1 st ADVISOR NURAINI, SE, MM, 2 ADVISOR UBAIDILLAH, SE, MM This reseach was fist, to analyse how to conduct work motivation and employee performance. Second how the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Population and Civil Office of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data. The population become object in this research is employee at Population and Civil Office of West Tanjung Jabung Regency . The method for analysis is analysis simple regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and t_test. The object of this research is employee in Population and Civil Office of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. Where the office of the Community serves the needs of the society in the Eastern estuary. The needs of the community such as moving letters, certificate of residence, letter of domicile and others. Analysis on the research That the respondent's questionnaire of the highest score from the indicator on the independent variable (motivation work) is need for affiliations showing the highest score, which is a score of 150. Respondents in the need for affiliations indicators, employees of the Population and Civil Office of West Tanjung Jabung Regency has a very close association with the organization of Population and Civil Office of West Tanjung Jabung Regency Population and Civil Office of West Tanjung Jabung Regency and has values of togetherness with In the district office of East Kuala Tungkal. Where the equation regresion is Y = 0,273 + 0,911 X . On the other hand the test t count for motivation work is greater than the this (14,700 > 1.691). Test results of t test is t count , in meaning the motivation has significant effect on performance employee. Conclusion, That work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and is positively related to employee performance. If the motivation of work increases it will give a significant increase in employee performance.
