Abstract
ABSTRACT (RIO ANDIKA PRATAMA/ 1600861201326 / 2021 / EFFECT OF COMPENSATION ON JOB SATISFACTION AT PT. HOKINDO ARCITA NUSANTARA / SUPERVISOR I NURAINI, SE, MM / SUPERVISOR II SAID ALMAUDUDI, SE, MM) Human Resource Management (HRM) is an activity or management system that regulates and manages human resources who are ready, willing, and able to make a good contribution so that they can work together effectively to achieve goals both individually and in organizations. The purpose of this study was to describe the compensation and job satisfaction of employees to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction at PT. Hokindo Arcita Nusantara. The Research uses library research and field research methods, The type of data used in this study is primary data, namely primary data obtained from respondents who became the object of research and secondary data, namely realization data whose data source was obtained from PT. Hokindo Arcita Nusantara. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression and used SPSS ver 22. The population in this study is compensation and job satisfaction at PT. Hokindo Arcita Nusantara in 2020 as many as 35 people. Using a census, all the population is used as a respondent. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis shows the equation Y = 1.366 + 0.204X + e. With a correlation of 37% or 0.369. The value of determination is 0.137 or 13.7%. Where it is intended that the effect of compensation on job satisfaction is 13.7% while 86.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The value of the t-test t-count is 2.284 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.03452. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction so that the better the compensation, the higher the employee's performance and this has a positive impact on the realization of PT.
