Abstract

ABSTRACT Flora Amanda/1700861201154/The Influence of Leadership on Work Discipline in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Jambi Small Inpatient Health Center/Sakinah AS, SE, MM as 1 st advisor and Ubaidillah SE, MM. as 2 nd advisor. Leaders need to carry out serious coaching for employees in order to create a sense of satisfaction so that ultimately lead to high performance, including also in efforts to increase the productivity of human resources in the UPTD of the Jambi Kecil Inpatient Health Center. The data collection method in this study used library research and field research by collecting data using a questionnaire technique. The population in this study were 80 respondents, the research sample used the slovin technique so that the total sample was 44 respondents. UPTD Puskesmas Inpatient Jambi Kecil as one of the health service institutions for the people of Jambi City, then employee productivity greatly determines the coverage of health services to the people of Jambi Kecil, employee productivity determines the scope of quality health services and empowers human resources who are creative, innovative, work smart and complete . Based on the hypothesis test that leadership has a significant effect on work discipline in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) in Jambi Kecil Inpatient Health Center. This is proven by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of simple regression research, the value of Y = 66,065 + 0.811 and a coefficient of determination of 70.7% shows that the value of work discipline is influenced by leadership. This research is expected to be able to provide advice to leaders and employees of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Jambi Kecil Inpatient Health Center to contribute to each other as leaders and pay attention to work discipline properly. v
