Abstract

ABSTRACT Rika Andini/1600861201191/Faculty of Economies University Batanghari Jambi/influence Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover dan Return on Equity on net income in the industry automotive listed on the Indonesia stock exchange/Advisor R.Adi Setiawan, SE,MM/2 nd Advisor Hana Tamara Putri, SE,MM. In carrying out its operational activities, a company definitely needs a very large amount of funds. One effort that can be done is by selling company shares to investors. In investing their funds, investors need to assess the company's performance, one way that can be done is by using financial ratios. The objectives of this study are: 1. to determine the effect of CR, TATO and ROE on net income in the automotive industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. This research is expected to be useful for: a consideration for investors when investing in an automotive company. The object of this research is automotive companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 with a population of 13 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique where the number of samples was 6 companies. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of the CR variable t test obtained a significance value of 0.178 above 0.05, which means that CR does not have a significant effect on net income. TATO variable t test results obtained a significance value of 0.621 above 0.05 means that CR does not have a significant effect on net income. The results of the t test for the ROE variable obtained a significance value of 0.007 below 0.05, which means that it has a significant effect on net income. The results of the F test together with the variables CR, TATO, and ROE have an effect on net income. Kata kunci : CR, TATO, ROE, dan Laba bersih.
