Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of DER,ROA and EPS against stock price in simultaneously and partially on sector of Property and Real estate eisted on the Indonesia stock exchange on periode 2014-2018. This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are multiple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the number one used statistical test F and to answer the purpose number 2 used statist ical test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free. In this sample of research the authors choosed a criteria that the company property and real estate that has been twenty-five years long and has positive profit that listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Result SPSS 22 get a multiple linear regression equation is Y = - 0,422 + 0,737 X 1 – 0,544 X 2 + 1,310 X + e. The corellation is 0,868 meaning that is a DER (X 1 ), ROA (X 2 ) and EPS (X 3 ) of stock price (Y) at on sector of property and real estate eisted on the Indonesia stock exchange on periode 2014-2018. From the result of the obtained values SPSS (coefficient) R 3 2 nd this figure amounted 72,2 %, states that the variable DER, ROA and EPS against of stock price is able to explain the variabel sales by 72,2 % and the reaining 27,8 % explained by other factors which is not included in the research model. Simultaneously DER and EPS have a significant affect on stock price on sector of Property and Real Estate on the Indonesia stock exchange on periode 2014-2018 and partially all of independent variable have a significant affect on stock price on the sub sector of property and real estate eisted on the Indonesia stock exchange on periode 2014-2018.
