Abstract
ABSTRACT GUNAWAN SAPUTRA / 1700861201051 / FACULTY OF ECONOMIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGAEMENT CONCENTRATION / THE INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYEES OF BUSINESS DIVISION IN THE NEW CONNECTION INSTALLATION PROGRAM AT PERUMDA AIR MINUM TIRTA MAYANG KOTA JAMBI / 1 ST ADVISOR NURAINI NURAINI S.E, M.M / 2 ST UBAIDILLAH S.E, M.M. Human resources are the determinants in determining the factors of production, building and developing the company. In addition, human resources play a role in the main elements of the organization compared to other resource elements such as capital, technology, because humans themselves control other factors. In each field of work, of course, there are rules as a reference for rejecting the vision and mission for individuals, groups, in order to support good performance. However, it is not uncommon that individual performance affects success in realizing the vision and mission. The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. In this study, the object studied was the Business Division at the Tirta Mayang Water Company, Jambi City which was taken through interviews and by distributing questionnaires and the information obtained was analyzed descriptively, to analyze employee responses regarding supervision and performance using a Likert scale. Drinking water companies in Indonesia work as clean water providers for all regions in Indonesia. This company is managed by executive and legislative apart in each region. Each region has its own drinking water perumda (PDAM). Main tasks. Organizing drinking water management to improve community welfare which includes social, health and public service aspects. Based on the information above, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 24,643 + 0.357X, Thus there is a positive influence between supervision on the performance of employees of the Business Division at Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Mayang Jambi City. The regression coefficient of the supervisory variable is 0.357, meaning that the supervisory variable has increased by 1%, so the employee's performance will increase by 0.357. The t-count value on the X variable (supervision) is 2.200 with a significance level of 0.035 because the tcount value is 2.200 > the t-table value is 2.03224 and the significance level is 0.035 < significance probability = 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. To the Head of the Business Division at Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Mayang, Jambi City, it is suggested that they can further improve the supervisory functions so that employees can further improve and maintain their performance so that service to the community can be maximized. Employees are advised to further increase productivity and creativity in order to be able to support them in carrying out the tasks assigned to the leadership properly and full of responsibility and do not have to wait for supervision from superiors, so that employees can further develop and improve their performance. vi KATA PENGANTAR
