Siti Aisyah / 1700861201430 / Faculty Of Economics / The Effect of Current Ratio and Return On Assets on Stock Prices in the Industry of the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Periode 2015-2019 / Yunan Surono, SE, MM (1 st Advisior)/ Amalia Paramita Sari, SE, M.Si (2 nd Advisor). The capital market is a place for companies to find sources of financing that can be used for business development. To achieve that goal the company sells shares that are owned to the public so that the expectedfunds can be collected. The stock price sold to the public reflects the success of a company. If the stock price is high then the condition of the company is good. The financial ratio are very important for the purpose of analyzing the company’s financial condition. Therefore it is assumed there is a relationship netween the variable financial ratios and stock prices. In this study will examine whether the true financial ratio have a relationship to stock prices. To determine the effect of financial ratio represented by current ratio and return on assets to stock prices it will be used multiple linear regression analysis tools and hypothesis test that is F test and T test. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of current ratio and return on asset simultaneously and partially on stock price at the listed the Manufacturing Industry of the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Periode 2015-2019. Using multiole linear regression analysis methods and results of SPSS version 22. In this research multiple linear regression Y = 5,965 – 1,315X1 + 0,700 X2 + e Based on the results of data analysis and discussion in research on the effect of current ratio and return on asset on stock price at the listed food and beverage industry sector on BEI. (1) current ratio and return on asset simultaneously and significant n stock price at the listed food and beverage industry sector on BEI periode 2015-2019. This is indicated by significant value of 0,017 which is smaller than 0,05 (0,017<0,05). (2) partially Current Ratio has significant effect on stock price with a sig value of 0,012 < 0,05, because the sig value is smaller him 0,05 this indicates that the Current Ratio is significant on stock price. And Return On Asset also has a significant effect on stock price with a sig value of 0,033< 0,05 , because the sig value is smaller this him 0,05 that Return On Asset has significant effect on stock price.
