Abstract

ABSTRACT RANDI DWI PRATAMA / 1600861201072 / 2020 / THE INFLUENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFOMANCE CV. BINTANG JAYA BAKRI KOTA JAMBI/ 1st ADVISOR Dr.H. SAYID SYEKH, SE, M.SI / 2nd ADVISOR RENI DEVITA, SE, M.M. Human resources is one of the most important factor, because of the absence of the role of human resources quality. All activities within an agency will not be implemented optimally, An Institution that wants to carry out its duties and function properly, then the management of human resources. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of motivation and performance. The influence of motivation and the effect ofemployee performance aretested both directly and indirectly. This study uses a sample of 34 employees who work at CV. Bintang Jaya Bakri Kota Jambi. To answer the problem in this study, descriptive analysis was used. Descriptive analysis is used to determine the existing motivational and performance descriptions. This study uses path analysis to address the effects of motivation and performance at CV.Bintang Jaya Bakri Kota Jambi Therefore, there is a significant influence between scientific motivation on the perfomance of employees CV.Bintang Jaya Bakri Kota Jambi. based on partial statistical tests, so that motivation variables have a significant effect on employee performance in the office of the CV.Bintang Jaya Bakri Kota Jambi
