Abstract

ABSTRACT REKI ARISTA / 1700861201240 / EFFECT OF SALES PROMOTION ON THE DECISION TO PURCHASE SUBSIDIZED HOUSING PONDOK SIGINJAI SARI IN MUARA BUNGO JAMBI / 1 ST ADVISOR / Pupu Sopini S.E M.M / 2 ND ADVISOR OF Akhamd Irwansyah , S.E. M.M The reason the researchers chose the sales promotion on Pondok Siginjai Sari Housing is because housing offers a fairly profitable sales promotion, especially for consumers who want to buy a house in housing. This study aims to determine the influence of sales promotion on the decision to purchase subsidized housing Pondok Siginjai Sari in Muara Bungo Jambi. The research methodology used is quantitative method. The data used is secondary data and primary data. The population in this study was consumers of Pondok Siginjai Sari Housing in Muara Bungo Jambi, which is a consumer / user of Housing with a total sample of 80 people. Simple regression analysis, correlation test, determination coefficient and t test. The object of this research is consumers who have purchased a house in Pondok Siginjain Sari Housing in Muara Bungo Jambi. PT. Bangun Tiga Artha is a company engaged in the field of developers. The company presents to form a housing that stands in Muara Bungo Jambi, Housing has a sales promotion program in the form of gifts, price packages and guarantees in the form of 100 days. Sales promotion variables with an average score of 315.86 are included in the high criteria. Variable purchase decisions with an average score of 324.28 are included in the high criteria. The constant value is 0.430. Sales promotion variable has a regression value of 0.868. the correlation coefficient value is 0.840. the coefficient of determination (r 2 ) is 0.705. T sig test. <α (0.000 <0.05). The conclusion and suggestion in this study is the implementation of sales promotion to consumers who have purchased a house in Pondok Siginjai Sari Housing In Muara Bungo Jambi. The sales promotion had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Pondok Siginjai Sari housing in Muara Bungo Jambi. It is expected to the housing sector to increase the building guarantee to be longer and it is expected that the housing sector will increase promotion through other social media such as Instagram and Twiter. iv
