Abstract
ABSTRACT 6 Syahrul Rhomadan / 1700861201134 / 2021 / Batanghari University / Faculty of Economics / Human Resource Management / Training Efect of Employee Performance at the PT. Jaya celuler Indonesia Cabang Kota Jambi / First Advisor Dr. H. Saiyid Syekh, M.S.i and The Second Advisor Azizah, SE, MM. The title of research is “Training Efect of Performance at of the PT. Jaya celuler Indonesia Branch Jambi City. Wich the purpose of study was determine : 1. To find out and describe employe training and performace at of the PT. Jaya Seluler Indonesia Cabang Kota Jambi. 2. To find out and analyze the efect of training employe performance at of the PT. Jaya Seluler Indonesia Cabang Kota Jambi. The study aims to determine an overview of the level of training and an overview of the level of employe performance at the PT. Jaya Seluler Indonesia Cabang Kota Jambi and to find out how much influence the level of training has on the level of employe performance at the PT. Jaya Seluler Indonesia Cabang Kota Jambi. The study includes a descriptive study to test the hyphotesis, sample this study where employe PT. Jaya Seluler Indonesia Cabang Kota Jambi of 35 people. With population census methode as respondents in answering the statement.the technique of collecting data using statements. Data analysis technique used was SPSS with the simple regresi analysis and t test. SPSS result obtained equation Y = 1,424 + 0,495 X. From the equation it can be said that training variabels can be used as a tool to predict the performance of employe at PT. Jaya Celuler Indonesia branch Jambi City. Efect of training to performance employes at PT. Jaya Celuler Indonesia branch Jambi City at 0,495 %. The relationship between the variabels of training on employe performance PT. Jaya Celuler Indonesia branch Jambi City look in the amount of 13,7% seen from the value of r. strong relationship have an impact on the strengthof influence between the two variabeles that can be seen from figure corelation coefisient of 0,371. This model is able to explain 0,495 % variation of training by variabel performance. While 86,3 % is explain by other variables. Training employee on the PT. Jaya Celuler Indonesia Branch Jambi City already very high with an average score of 164,63. However, employee performance very high too with an average score of 160, 25 answer. The influence of training on employee performance at PT. Jaya Celuler Indonesia Branch Jambi Cityevidence from t acount 2,293 > t Table Value 2,034, with a significant 0.00 < 0,05. The conclusion of this study is that over all the training on employed performance is very good, and based on hypothesis testing it is know that there is a positive relationship between training and employe performance. And the advice is 1. Agencies should be evaluated by employe who have attended training so they can find out what employes have gained during the training and know what needs 7 to be improved so that the training procedures are as expected. 2. Employe should be able to plan activities so that the available time can be used efectively and eficiently. Keyword ; Training and Performance.
