Abstract

Human resource management today is very important for the success of organizations. The industrial world is increasingly competitive, demanding all companies to create good performance and production for the benefit of the company itself. Providing incentives to employees to encourage them to improve work performance and efficiency is one way to optimize employee performance. The research aims to describe the Incentives and perfomance of employees at CV. Ilhamumtaza. As well as knowing and analyzing the effect of Incentives on employee performance at CV. Ilhamumtaza. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used is primary data. The data collection method is by library research and field research such as questionnaires. The research sample amounted to 30 employees at CV. Ilhamumtaza Based on the results of the partial test calculation or the T test, the t count is greater than the t table, namely t count 2.789> 2.026 t table, the linear regression value is Y = 9.723 + 0.359X + e with the Coefficient of Determination of 0.217 incentives can affect performance by 21.7% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study. Therefore, incentives and performance at CV. Ilhamumtaza in the high category. Incentives have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at CV. Ilhamumtaza.
