Abstract

performance it will be known how far the employee's ability to carry out the tasks assigned to him. For this reason, it is necessary to determine clear and measurable criteria together that can be used as a reference. To carry out all these tasks requires optimal employee performance. The right leadership style will lead to high work discipline, and leadership that provides clear direction so that these employees can further improve their performance with productivity, work quality, and punctuality. The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive. With this research population are employees of the company PT. Buana Finance Jambi. With a sample of respondents as many as 34 employees. Data were taken using a questionnaire measured by Likert scale. And this study used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. Based on simultaneous tests (test f), it is known that there is a significant influence between the variables of leadership style and work discipline together on employee performance at PT. Buana Finance Jambi. With the following: The test criteria are simultaneously by comparing Fcalculate with Ftabel with Ftable withF table at a significance level α 0.05. This Fcalculate estimate of 9.821 Ftable of 3.30, it means that there is an influence between the variables of leadership style and work discipline together on employee performance at PT. Buana Finance Jambi. So it can be concluded that the accepted model and the variables of leadership style and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance.
