Abstract
ABSTRACT E. Nina Purba/ 1400861201282/ Faculty of Economics University Batanghari Jambi/The Effect Of Work Conflict On Employee Work Productivity In PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Batanghari Jambi./ Advisor1st Sakinah AS, SE, MM /2nd Advisor Anisah, SE, MM. The purpose of this research is to know and describe employee labor conflicts and employee work productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Batanghari Jambi. and to know and analyze the impact of work conflict on employee work productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Batanghari Jambi. In discussing this issue authors use descriptive quantitative method that is by looking for information about the symptoms, clearly defined objectives to be achieved, plan the way of approach, collecting data as Materials to create a report. In this research the author held comparisons between education and motivation to the performance of employees in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Batanghari Jambi.In this study that became the population of research is all employees marketing division at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Batanghari Jambi. By using the census method, the population became respondents. The number of samples in this study was 131 people. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Batanghari Jambi is a company engaged in industrial business. The company works on the plantation and processing of oil palm and tea commodities that include acreage and crops, seed garden and crop producing, processing of commodities into raw materials of various industries, marketing of commodities that other supporting activities. Work conflict has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Batanghari Jambi this is evidenced by the value of thitung > ttabel¬ (3,984 > 1,656). The correlation coefficient between work conflict to work productivity is 0.331 meaning there is a less close relationship between work conflict variable (X) and work productivity (Y). From the testing of the summary model, a value of R2 of 0.110 states that the work conflict variable (X) is capable of explaining the work productivity variable (Y). On the variable work conflict, it is known that the level of work conflict in employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI is at a high with a score of 499.3. On the work productivity variable, it is known that the level of work productivity in. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI is at a very high criteria with a score of 565.4.Based on the hypothesis test, there is a significant influence between work conflict on work productivity in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI with an influence of 11%.
