Abstract

ABSTRACT ILHAM YUNASRI / 1800861201310 / Faculty of Economi University Of Batanghari Jambi / The Influance of Discpline and Motivation on Perfomance Staff The Department of Plantations and Livestock IN Batanghari Districk/ 1 st : Nuraini , SE, MM / 2 nd : Muhammad Emil, SE, MM. A good organization/institution is an organization that seeks to improve the capabilities of its human resources. Key factors to improve employee performance include aspects of work discipline, and motivation. In this study, researchers carried out research at the Plantation and Livestock Service Office of Batanghari Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and motivation on performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this research is the staff of the Plantation and Livestock Service Office of Batanghari Regency. Data was taken using a questionnaire which was measured by a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. From the data processing, the regression equation (Y= 1.149 + 0.560 X1 +0.102 X2) The results of this study indicate that the variables Discipline (X1) and Motivation (X2) have a simultaneous effect on performance. Discipline variable (X1) has a partial effect but motivation does not partially affect. Keywords: Discipline, Motivation, performance
